All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or promotions
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Shipping Carriers

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Local Delivery
E&L Jewelry LLC offers local delivery in selected areas.
Local delivery availability will be shown at checkout
Delivery times will be coordinated directly with the customer
Customers must be available at the agreed delivery address
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order may need to be rescheduled and additional fees may apply.
In-Store Pickup (Local Pickup)
We also offer in-store pickup for eligible orders.
You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup
A valid photo ID and order confirmation are required at pickup
Orders must be picked up within the timeframe indicated in the notification
E&L Jewelry LLC is not responsible for orders not picked up within the specified timeframe.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
E&L Jewelry LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
E&L Jewelry LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are beyond our control
Customers may contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
